I don’t consider myself an artist, though I create things that could be seen as art. I work with various processes, combining techniques based on what’s at hand—collage and comic strips being the most frequent, often used together. I’m most inspired by the absurd and try to escape the mundane by reawakening my younger self and approaching life as a form of play. Using discarded materials—often salvaged from the waste bin—I piece together humorous, alternate realities, like unexpected puzzles. With each round of this game, I hope to discover new connections and gain deeper insight into myself and the world.

EXHIBITION!

My latest project A Day in the Life of Why was presented at this year’s diploma exhibition of the students of the Vienna Art School.

@ Garage Grande & Amerlinghaus, Vienna

I was absolutely thrilled to be a part of a series of group exhibitions with four fellow artists. Within these exhibitions you could see my collages, some paintings and comics as well as other objects along with the excellent works of Daria Orchakova, Marion Pucher, Surya Resch and Samiya Tucek. We teamed up under the alchemist concept “solve et coagula” in order to explore and showcase our own creative processes…
